You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.
Are there any charges for registration?
No. Registration on goinggreens.in is absolutely free.
Do I have to necessarily register to shop on goinggreens.in?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
What are your delivery charges?
There is Free Standard Shipping on orders above Rs.599. Rs 50 will be shipping charges on all orders below Rs.599.
Can I change my delivery address?
Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Call us at +91-95602 72096 within 24 hours of placing the order to change your order information. Please note that after your order is shipped you cannot change any details on your order.
When will I receive my order?
All goods are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Upon dispatch we will send you a notification email/message. Most of the orders are delivered within 7-8 working days from the date when the order is placed. Please note it can take longer due Covid 19 restrictions, during Festive and Sales Rush . Please note that we rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.

We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, and Bank Transfer.

What are the modes of refund available?
- If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking account. For other forms of payment like UPI, PayTm or Bank Transfer we make the refund to your Bank Account.
- Your details which we require for refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code.
- Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.

What is your return policy?
If a wrong/defective product is delivered, then you are requested to send us a photo of the damaged/defective/Wrong Product within 24 hours of delivery of your order and we would replace your product.
