Let it rest on soil whole night so that it gets dissolved in the soil. Next day, water plant again early in the morning. Repeat application every two weeks. Dose - 4 tsp to 8 pot, 6 pot to 10 pot and 8 tsp to 12 pot or 500 gms per plant if planted on the ground.
