Our cancellation policy is simple. Customer can modify/cancel their order within 24 hours of placing an order, by writing a mail to "email@example.com" or call on +91-9560272096 from 10:00 am to 5:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category or on special occasion offers like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Pongal etc.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same (with photos of damaged product) to our Customer Service team within 1 day of receipt of the products. The request will, however, be accepted once our customer service team has checked and approved the same. Once processed by our team, refund takes 8-10 business days to reflect in your account.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer service team immediately within 24hrs.
